  • Scope: We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

  • Risk of Loss: All items purchased from Desi Shringar are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other events outside of our reasonable control.

5. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return an item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery. All returns require a clear, unedited unboxing video as proof of the item’s condition at the time of opening. Returns without an unboxing video will not be accepted. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back. Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
